This Terms of Service applies to the application known as Voice Air. Voice Air will be referred to as “The App”. Policies and Procedures Hours of Operation

* The App’s office is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. These policies and procedures apply to all products and/or services from the Voice Air App and Voice Air Website www.voiceair.ai and its plans for Social Media VIP, VIP Voices and VIP Voices+, including Subscriptions and Lifetime Deals (LTDS).

* You can purchase Voice Air and any of its plans at your first purchase, and if we wish to upgrade or downgrade, please raise a ticket with our support team at support@voiceair.ai

* All refunds will be processed within 21 days of the refund request.

* Customers must contact our support department with their order information to request a refund.

* A 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only.

* For LTD users, you have Fourteen (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product and receive your refund. For our Social Media Package VIP, VIP Voices and VIP Voices+, we offer a fourteen (14) day refund and all refund’s will be processed within twenty one (21) days from the intual claim of a refund.
Any return received after the fourteen (14) day timescale will not be processed.

* If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right to add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you, and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to deny future refunds to you if we feel you are taking advantage of our money-back guarantee.

Characters Used – Fair Use Policy

Your Social Media VIP plan can generate up to one thousand (50,000) characters, your VIP Voices plans can generate up to one hundred thousand (100,000) characters, and your VIP Voices+ can generate up to two and fifty thousand (250,000) characters. All plans are recurring each month, but characters do not roll over.
If you reach the maximum number of characters stated above, your account will be limited until you purchase a new package or 30 days pass since you will have used all the characters allowance. If you reach the limit, you must wait for characters to reset automatically on a recurring day from when you first registered.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!

*You have the ability to allow and receive remuneration from the display of advertisements, premium pro-rata revenues, or other substantially similar forms of monetisation in connection with making available your productions on social media or other platforms, offering such possibility (i.e. monetise). Notwithstanding the above, you may monetise any production everywhere. If you encounter any licensing infringements, please submit them to our support team and we will provide you with sufficient evidence to dispute any claim made against you. We work closely with Epidemic Sound and its artists, to clear any copyright issues.
