It also describes your rights and choices regarding your personal data and how you can access or update certain information about yourself.

In this Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any information about an identified or identifiable individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address. In some places, this may also be called “Personal Information.”

This Policy does not apply when we offer our Services and process Personal Data on behalf of enterprise/business customers. In those cases, we act as a service provider, and our use of that data is governed by our customer agreements.

(b) Personal Data and Voice Sonic Labs Voice Modeling Services

Voice Sonic Labs uses Voice Data to provide voice services, including voice modeling, speech-to-speech, and dubbing. For voice modeling, when you provide recordings of your voice, we use our proprietary AI technology to analyse your speech characteristics and create a unique voice model of your vocal traits. This model can then be used to generate audio that sounds like your voice. Depending on where you are and how we use your Voice Data (as explained in this Policy), applicable law may define your Voice Data as biometric data. We do not use Voice Data to infer any characteristics about you.

(d) Content Moderation and User Suspension

Voice Sonic Labs does not commit to reviewing all user content and disclaims any obligation to monitor it. However, to protect data integrity, security, and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to moderate voice and text data input and output in our tools. In certain cases, we may share inputs or outputs, which may include Personal Data, with third parties to support content moderation and safety efforts.
